Ceinsys Tech Limited has officially notified the stock exchanges regarding a significant development involving its wholly-owned United States subsidiary, Technology Associates Inc. The subsidiary has been awarded a purchase order by Emotiv Mobility, LLC, based in the USA, for the Beta development of a Hybrid Power Transfer Case (HPTC).

The total value of this international purchase order is Rs 4,07,12,250.00, which is the equivalent of $428,550 at a prevailing exchange rate of $1 = Rs 95.00. The contract, which is classified as an international transaction and does not involve any related parties, is scheduled to be executed over a period of four months.

Ceinsys Tech Limited is a prominent technology solutions provider specializing in geospatial, mobility, and emerging technologies. Part of the Meghe Group, the company has expanded its capabilities to a global level with dedicated overseas offices and a strong focus on engineering, geospatial, and IT solutions. In 2026, the company has been active in expanding its international footprint, including receiving acceptance for a significant Land Information System project in Georgia and securing a digital platform development contract from MHADA.

For the final quarter of FY26, Ceinsys Tech reported strong financial results, with total revenue reaching Rs 1.7 billion and net profit climbing 70% year-on-year to Rs 372 million. The company’s operational efficiency and project mix led to a significant expansion in EBITDA margins to 23.57%. A notable investor in the company is Rare CP Fund I LP, which has increased its stake through warrant conversion.
